Operators can use Leap Policy Control to identify subscribers’ interests in specific content and present special offers during the download process:
- If a subscriber accesses a site for football scores, the service provider can send an SMS with an offer that includes results of all league games
- While downloads a movie, subscribers can be offered a second movie at a discount
