FTS policy control framework offers a great advantage in terms of content based up-sell.

Operators can use Leap Policy Control to identify subscribers’ interests in specific content and present special offers during the download process:

  • If a subscriber accesses a site for football scores, the service provider can send an SMS with an offer that includes results of all league games
  • While downloads a movie, subscribers can be offered a second movie at a discount
