Leap Policy Control allows subscribers to test specific broadband services by purchasing an initial quota for a trial period or for a trial quota. Once the trial period ends or the trial quota is depleted, the subscriber is redirected to the Web portal and offered options such as:
- A hotline upgrade to high speed bandwidth, while continuing with the on-going session
- An upgrade plan with a monthly quota
- A pricing plan that varies according to quota
- Remain with the basic access speed
